the worst customer servicr one of the agents hung up on me and the next one said she didnt understand what i was asking for, i lost an item on the car it came up on there lost and found page she said she didnt know how to help me but shes in the lost and found department they sent me to 3 different reps all of them said they couldnt help me and when i got sent back to the original one she got loud with me because i asked how im suppose to get thru to get my item and that i have to call the store and thats what i did and it kept sending me back to the same customer servixe rep. also the rental ended up being an extra 100. more than quoted online

Horrible. I booked a car a week in advance because I know how quick they can run out here. I'm usually renting cars thru enterprise until I found pay less. Employees are rude for the start. Last time I came it took me about 10mins tops and I was walking out with the keys. Well this time, I was planning on going out of town to visit family I haven't seen in a while, I had with me the exact same information and exact card that I had the first time I came and got a car (not even 3 weeks before then) so the lady tells me I can't use the card I had. It's the exact same card I had before, told her to look it up and see. Gave me a hard time. Never got to take that trip I been planning. And never coming back there
