I give this three stars due to their helpful but sarcastic manner a ton of my family members were buried here I suggest it for your own as odd is that sounds the grave stones are kept fairly clean trimmed

Pinelawn is not worthy to receive one star. My husband and I purchased a plot in 2017 for him to be buried next to his sister and bro-in-law. Between that point and when need arose they sold his plot to someone else. I highly suggest you reconfirm your family plots as their tracking system is archaic.

We buried my dad only 3 months ago. It was difficult to visit him on the 1st Father's Day that he was no longer here, but we did. We put a nice cross and flag (he was also a veteran) right next to the headstone - so close that it touched it. A few days later another family member visited the grave, but the cross and flag were gone! My brother met with the \powers that be\ in the office and was told they can't trim around those items (other gravesites had similar things still there!!!) and handed him a copy of the rules. REALLY? They were rude, crude and socially UNACCEPTABLE!!! My uncle subsequently glued a cross ON the headstone and put the flag inside of the vase. The flag is once again gone, and the cross was laying several feet from the gravestone. So who the hell are they to tell someone a flag is not to be used on a veteran's gravesite. Daddy fought for our freedom in Korea so we could have choices and freedoms, and they can't even keep a flag inside of the vase??? People fly flags in front of their businesses, etc. every day of the year. This borders on unAmerican!

Braved the bad weather and went to Pinelawn last night for their first \movie night\. The friendly staff did a great job with setting everything up quickly as soon as the storm blew over and even had popcorn being passed out to everyone! We had a great time and will definitely look for another movie night to attend - great idea Pinelawn!

Narcissistically owned and operated. Sociopaths operate the multiple LLC's tied to Tribute companies. Though not illegal... highly unethical, but they don't care they just want your money. All of it if you let them take it. I unfortunately worked there, however I got to see what not to do. I wouldn't bury my dog here, let alone a loved one. Stay as far away from here as possible. P.S. the \vaults\ are not waterproof. None of them. K enjoy.
