Never have a bad experience. Today I was having a normal day. Decide to grab something for dinner. Today was special. All employees were amazing, very helpful. There was something about the cashier though, bubbly, very sweet, and kind. Maybe it was just the way her voice sounded. She sounded happy to be there, even with how the weather is. Her greeting was great, smoked and was so polite. It made me smile so had to write a review. I don’t know the employees name but I remember she was wearing a black bandanna. Food was ice cold. I had to tell the workers 3 times my order and how I wanted to pay for them as 2 separate orders. Usually get good service at this location. But they also have a high turn over being near the csmpus.
The food was absolutely AWFUL! ordered a burrito that was about 3 inches long. I called and asked to speak with a manager. Billly ( who was supposed to be a manager) was rude and inconsiderate and offered no help. I will NEVER go there again and be telling everyone in the area what a horrible experience I had with the food and staff. If I could write a zero star review it would go to them for quality of food and customer service. I hope the higher management takes time to re-evaluate the people that are representing there company.
One of the best places to try Mexican cuisine. If you are a vegetarian and having a tough time in the US, Qdoba is the place you must try. They have an amazing collection in vegetarian food. Make yoyr own bowl and take the chips by the side. This indeed makes the best meal.
