Tried to place a same day catered delivery order. First they tacked on a 50 "same day fee" which was in addition to the standard service/gratuity fee. Second after they informed me about the fee they claimed they could not deliver and that we would have to pick up. Basically they wanted to charge extra for a service they could not even provide. We cancelled the order and dont plan on catering with them again.. They could not execute on their websites stated capabilities.

Just came from here. The customer service is typically pretty good. I ordered a chicken burrito made to my liking, got to the register and presented a 50 bill only to be told they can't accept it. I went to another restaurant nearby to try and get change but because it was lunch hour rush and I waited so long, she gave me my cookies for free...so I was stuck with the 50. I went back and Qdoba wouldn't budge. My issue is that his restaurant is in a mall in a location where lots of business professionals go for lunch. I don't understand for the life of me how in 2018 YOU DON'T ACCEPT A FREAKING 50 bill especially from a known customer. The excuse was because the banks won't allow them to deposit 50's and 100's which I know is lie. After calling and asking for a manger, she gave me a bogus number to call and told me I would need to look mt my receipt to call the district manager. I told her I couldn't buy my food so I didn't have a receipt. She said I can have them call you...that didn't make sense. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! WONT RETURN EVER. Pretty sure they threw away my burrito wasting valuable food and money because of some unrealistic rule. The fact that they weren't willing to make an exception for a known customer, really bothered me. I definitely won't be returning. I work at a major business in the mall and have sent an email to our entire 70 staff of people to inform them also, not to support this establishment in the mall. NEWSFLASH: This isn't 1992, if you're scared of counterfeit money buy a freaking counterfeit pen detector for 20 so that your customers can spend there 50 and actually eat and not be hungry and angry at the same damn time... NEVER AGAIN.

Qdoba is the best! I would never step foot in a Chipotle after finding out they are a big Hillary funder.
Love the soda machine here and great burritos.
Go to Chipotle or Baja Fresh instead.
