Went out to dinner on 2/6 and was expecting to be amazed. It was the complete opposite. At first the waiter was attentive then after receiving our appetizer he kinda disappeared. I told him the drink I wanted with my dinner and completely forgot about it. Now to the actual steak mine was cooked decently but had absolutely NO flavor dry aged yea ok.... my wife’s on the other hand was ordered mid-rare and looked like it was just taken out of the pasture completely raw. Couldn’t find the waiter so decided to deal with it. To be honest you spend that kind of money I’m expecting perfection my 8 year old can cook better than what was served. I will not be going back solely on this experience. Ohh and my lobster bisque was literally tomato sauce with a single piece of lobster tasted like something out of a can...

Great wine and drink recommendations. I really wanted to love the main course. Seasoning was a bit of a let down.
Had the Porterhouse with the blue cheese sauce. Lobster bisque to start. Sampled the Weygu beef. Hands down, best dinner we've had in a while. Highly recommend!!
Excellent service, quality of food is superior and ambiance is refined yet cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend this dining experience for a special celebration. Special thanks to our server, Peter, for his attentiveness and pairing suggestions.
We enjoyed an amazing first-time dining experience at Rare for our anniversary. The service was extraordinary from reception to the bar to the dining room. Our server was Charity and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly- she did a superlative job. We were able to have one of the rib cap steaks ( they only have a limited number each evening). It was amazing! We started with Oysters Rockefeller and they were some of the best we’ve ever had. We had the aforementioned rib cap, a bottleneck steak, and scallops for the main course. The asparagus was really fresh and the lobster mac and cheese is a must-not-miss. For dessert we enjoyed a delicious Bananas Foster prepared table-side by Charity. We enjoyed our dining experience at Rare very much and we’ll definitely be back!
