The lobby is very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Back door goes out to the river walk. Walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and had a wonderful view. The kitchen had everything you needed to stay a while. The bed was very comfortable. Large tv that swivels so you can watch from bed, couch or bar. Loved it.

This place was very nice and the recent renovations were very nice. It seemed to be mostly well kept, however the lip marks on the glasses and open soap in the shower made me feel that they need more help with sanitizing. With the state of the current world, it would be nice to be confident that you were staying in a place that was sanitized fully between guests. There could be more done in this area. However, the staff were all kind and helpful. Especially the front desk. It was very quiet, considering it was New Years Eve 2020. It is a safe location close to everything. It was comfortable and allowed us to spend time with our daughter with a full kitchen. The layout was perfect. If they improve sanitation between guests and offer something to show that frequently touched surfaces were cleaned, they would earn the last star. Overall, it is a nice hotel!

I stayed here a couple of years ago and honestly cannot wait to go back. We were greeted each time we came into the lobby and all the staff was friendly and ready to assist. Free breakfast was offered but also there was also free happy hour with hors d'oeuvres two times while we were there. The view from our room was spectacular and the location was fabulous. Walking distance to the bay and the museum. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were really clean and big. Do mention that you would want a room facing the river, or else they will provide you one that faces the parking lot. The service was decent, apart from the fact that it was snowing heavily the day we reached and they did not have clear signs showing us the entrance of the hotel, nor was there anyone to assist us with the doors or the bags. The biggest downfall was the breakfast "spread". They had packaged cupcakes,yogurt and orange juice. That's it

Definitely a great place to stay. Everything you need is within 10 minutes. The staff is great especially cherita at the front desk. Was definitely worth the price and will be considering this place when we stay in Milwaukee again.

I book here every time I'm in Milwaukee for two reasons: the location and the staff. It had been over a year since my last visit but Daniel remembered me and provided spectacular service as always. Cherita is another phenomenal employee, always looking to go the extra mile to ensure her customers enjoy their stay and feel welcomed. If you're looking for a modern feel, the rooms aren't it. But if you want a comfortable bed, and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the beautiful views of the river and art museum, this is your place. TVs in the rooms have Netflix and Pandora access. I didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast this visit but in the past I've enjoyed the scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and juice, among other options.
