My wife and I were embroiled in a stressful situation regarding a new construction where the foundation was out of plumb and cracking under the strain. To make matters worse, the sellers refused to let us out of the contract, which was worth more than a million. Evan Knupp extracted us from that situation with a level of skill that can only be described as “surgical precision”. We will always be exceedingly grateful for what Evan did for us, and will never forget it. Even is recommended, by me, with the highest of regard, without reservations.

Attorney Evan Knupp helped me and my husband in our first home purchase from the offer-to-purchase agreement to closing. We were purchasing the property we were renting. It was confusing in the beginning but Attorney Knupp helped guide us through every step of the process and represented us well. He was professional and answered any questions we had. In June 2020, I was speeding as I was running late from Milwaukee to catch my flight out of O'Hare. 26 MPH speeding ticket as I hit the State Patrol speed trap operating out of Racine County stretch of I-95. I looked up reviews for good lawyers that also handle traffic and came across Evan Knupp. He was amazing. Got it reduced from a 26 over 300 fine to an Odometer infraction and a 250 fine. Keep up the great work Evan! I would use him for any legal work I would need. You would think with all that is going on the police/troopers should be focused on other things.
