Oil change
I really appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in since I didn't have an appointment. Unfortunately, the website didn't say anything about needing an appointment on Saturday for an oil change. I have been a long time customer and wasn't aware of this change. Quinn in service did his best to squeeze me in which was much appreciated.

Thank you so much to Tom and his entire Service team at Rosen Nissan Milwaukee Service! I will never go anywhere else to service my baby! They went the extra mile for me. For the longest time, I thought dealerships "cost more" to have worked perform. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They take take care of you. They use genuine parts. They have clean waiting rooms. They are transparent in their pricing. You can schedule online. They have shuttles if needed. Thank you a million times over for taking care of me!!
Quinn was very nice and respectful he is great! I went in for an oil change and of course needed something else. Per his recommendation I went ahead and got my driver belt fixed. This is where I had a problem, I paid for my services and was handed my keys.... I went out to my car and turned it on it made an AWFUL noise. That would have been hard to miss when driving my car...yet they handed me the keys like everything was okay. I immediately went back and they fixed it making my oil change a 3 hour ordeal. They should have never handed me back the keys when they knew my car was not working correctly and the belt wasn't installed correctly. I am still nervous driving my car now. I'm not sure who in the service department did that but Quinn got it corrected and apologized profusely. If it wasn't for him I'd say my experience was much worse than it was he was the only redeeming part of my visit.
Quin was excellent. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. This is my second visit to the service department and I am thrilled. I will never go any other place for an oil change and tire rotation. I am hooked! Thanks again Quin!
My Nissan Customer Service Representative was professional and perfect. The only discomfort was the shutter driver who drove me back in the shutter ride. He picked me up first, didn't offer for me to sit in the front but offer the lady he picked up last to sit in front and she was his same race so it felt like he favor her more. There was room in the back. On the first ride that took me home the shutter driver had me and the other passenger both sit in the back.
I've bought parts/transmissions from them several times and I've called for info about a transmission/code and they've helped me as well. Highly recommend.
On March 9, 2021, I thought I was being asked a question about my vehicle, but I was told it was done and had the car wash. I could not believe how fast it was. I went to the restroom, had a cup of coffee and watched about fifteen minutes of my movie. This was all done without an appointment. Thanks Colin R
Excellent people at this location. Very respectful And professional. Elliot is always very nice and also the guy with the dreadlocks. The best place to get a car and service. I will highly recommend.
