Brought my car in for four new tires, which were fairly priced, but the service is REALLY BAD! Was told it would take three hours and when I asked if it was done after three hours they told me it would be another hour. I sat and watched vehicles come in after me and leave before me. Beyond poor service if you ask me. Not once did anyone give an update on what was taking so long. Never going back to this place. I would rather pay more money than go back to Sears!

The auto service is absolutely horrendous. It is so bad this is my FIRST Google review because I would NEVER go back there. I called to get an estimate on brake pads. I had an estimate from a dealership as well. The lady told me 188 via the phone. The dealership said 200. I brought my car in that day. After a 30 minute inspection, they tell me I need new brake pads, roaters, brake fluid and it is recommended to fill my power steering as well. I had the paperwork from the dealership and they never stated anything about that. In fact, at that inspection everything was checked as OK. The total came to 450 dollars. I told the lady I would take the break pads but none of the rest and she told me I couldn't do that. If I got brake pads I had to get the fluids and roaters. I finally was like forget it. I am not an idiot. Then, it took them 35 minutes to prepare my car (put the tires and hub cabs back on). I am sure it was an a**hole tax for not spending any money. I don't know a lot about cars but I consulted with my boyfriend who knows a mechanic to ask these questions. The mechanic said this situation was ridiculous. They were completely rude and out of line. I am a patient person and usually very low key. I will never go to Sears again, they blantently try to rip people off.
