This sites is amazing! The salespeople are absolutely no pressure. My wife and I find a couch we loved and wanted. The price on it was from a sale that ended the week before, but they honored the price on the tag even though it was 50% off. I'll go there anytime I need furniture in the future.

Furniture looks nice and was reasonably priced. We ordered a dining room set and a couple of beds on Labor Day. Not all pieces were available right away; however, our salesperson said he'd contact us the next day to schedule delivery of any available items. We never heard from him. We are still waiting for Steinhafels to contact us about delivering what is available. I tried going online to schedule delivery, but I can't do that until ALL pieces are available, which would be the end of the month. When I call, I'm told the wait is 11 minutes to talk to someone. Not impressed so far...
It was such an inconvenience to go to the warehouse to pick up my stuff And then to find out that if you don't like it, to sent it back they Charge you additional 10% For storage fee. I could have just fell out!!! I wouldn't buy ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
