This location was decent but had low traffic. I went today and it's permanently closed. They were open a week ago so it was a sudden change. Whole building is empty. People are still leaving goods by the drop-off donation door.

The store was brightly lit. It was well organized. The staff was cordial & helpful. I found it to be less expensive than the Good Will.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Made all kinds of excuses why they couldn't pick up our furniture donation when they came. Lied about tears that weren't there. I will make it a point to never donate or suport this organization EVER again.

I stopped at this store on Tuesday evening, November 28, 2017 because I was lost, and unable to make a call on my new cell phone. The young woman at the register was ready to help me, but I stepped aside for a customer with a small purchase. This customer kindly offered to let me use her cell phone. She not only did that, but she led me in her car to my destination, Point Burger Bar, where friends were waiting for me. I didn't have time to shop, but the store looked very nice. Thank you to your friendly employee and customer!

Clothing seems to be grouped according to color but with out regard for size. Prices are a bit lower than Goodwill for the most part but merchandise appears to be lower quality overall. During my last visit, an employee was being reprimanded at the front of the store - very awkward and unprofessional.
