There is a reason some businesses have longevity and others do not, and frankly it all comes down to SERVICE. Any bar can make a drink, but not every bar has the right formula of consistency, creativity, and customer service. What I appreciate most is that their staff is always about improving, and like any good business, when an imperfection occurs, they’ll listen and fix it...instead of taking the easy route of saying, “it’s you, not me.” They are also doing an amazing job staying open and keeping people safe during the pandemic.

A complete stranger came up to me and said that my mask needed to be on at all times other than when drinking my cocktail. This stranger stated they are a regular there and want to see this place stay open. Listen here, if this place wants to stay open, it should set its standards to a more professional setting, it would’ve been nice to have the employee who is working there to approach me, not a random person. This stranger said he would approach other tables as well. Technically, that’s not a customer’s job to do. Also, there were tables right next to me, with people who had masks completely off and the customer who approached me was sitting and socializing with them and clearly was okay with them not wearing their mask. How hypocritical, if you want everyone to follow the rules, then make sure everyone that is buddy buddy with the employees follow as well.
Extremely rude bouncer in regards to masks. Yes we understand they are a necessity, but when you are drinking and only you are asked to put it on and threatened to get kicked out when everyone else doesn’t have them around you is personal profiling. Terrible experience here!
A Milwaukee treasure and true piece of history. A fantastic LGBT establishment for all who come. Fantastic drag shows, incredible DJs, and a wonderful bar staff. It’s always a pleasure to visit when I am able to make it out to Milwaukee. Definitely make this one of your stops on a night out!
friendly staff very cozy & comfortable atmosphere! almost fell asleep at the bar happy hour 2-4-1 weekdays until 8pm! ya cant beat it
