My two sons & I went to UHaul 11/15/20 & what a complete joy it was to have customer service agent Kyeona. We were short on time however she was very professional and did not take us long at all to rent a van. We were in & out & back in 4 hours. She's young very well spoken and a great addition to UHaul. My family & I will be coming back. Thank you for Great Service.

Had an amazing experience, the staff was very helpful and took my items to the car, made me a reservation and offered a month free of storage. Great customer service, not sure what the last review issue was but I received a great experience from Elsie Lopez, she is very personable and knowledgeable and help me choose the right size truck.

They rented my family member & her 8 year old son a truck that was in such terrible shape when they dropped it off in Houston Texas it had to be put right in the shop. They also had to have the car transport fixed. You KNEW that truck was damaged & you rented it out anyway how dare you! Her & her son could have been killed. What are you going to do to make up for this? She better get her money back to start with.! We're not letting this go. She trusted you with their safety.
