There are organizations inside the Regional Office that exist to help Veteran's with a variety of situations. When entering the building you must walk through a metal detector, empty your pockets, any bags or jackets are passed through an X-Ray machine. All while a VA Police officer askes you for ID and your destination. Security is tight here. Staff are, for the most part, helpful and professional. Depending on the purpose of your visit will determine how long you'll be here. In my experience it could be as little as 20 min. or 2 hours. Overall it's a great place and serves Veterans well.

Best organization that I have ever had the Honor of being represented by. I would say that no other place serves it Veterans better than these representatives. Can't say the same for some Doctors who are employed by the VA. To be honest and fair minded I would like to say that not all Doctors are lacking moral character but some SHOULDN'T be employed by the VA. Like all other professions there are always a few that have some serious issues and they should not be able to work on any patients.
