Drop off was fine and prompt. We returned after 11 days and sent the text for pickup. Got a call back saying the shuttle was stuck, then received a call saying the lot wouldn’t be plowed for another hour and a half. Texted numerous questions to the two people that had called with no response. Meanwhile every other shuttle was running. Convinced another shuttle to allow us to ride with one of their guests to the Wally Park lot which said on the sign that the location was temporarily closed and there were only about 8 cars in the entire lot. Walked through knee deep snow, which clearly had been an after thought to remove so people could get the service they paid for. Our vehicle is well equipped to handle this type of snow so we went about our way. Thank you for no responses, no ride, and no care of service. We won’t be back. Ever.

I decided to try this facility out and they are honestly the best. Staff is so helpful and so nice! Juan the manager is so helpful and knows what he is doing. GREAT JOB JUAN!
Park elsewhere! Due to the pandemic they reduced staff. We arrived and waited for the shuttle. Then we called and texted them we had arrived. Watched other services drive by us 3 times. One offered to let us wait in their shuttle but couldn't drive us to Wally Park for insurance reasons....Called and got Wally Park and was yelled at by the only worker that I had texted 20 minutes ago and that he was on his way. He finally appeared 7 minutes later and yelled at us for not being patient. This pick up was an hour from flight arrival and we watched as other services picked up people and drove by us 3 times...Unacceptable to be yelled at when we paid top dollar to park at Wally Park. He may have been the only one working as after he dropped us off at the car he had to go and let us out of the gate. Not cool - - that they left him on his own however we didn't receive to be yelled at and treated in the manner in which we were. When I called back the manager he only offered a credit for a future park. News flash - - we will never park here again and will park at Fast Park where the driver was awesome and felt bad for us and offered to let us sit in her shuttle. WALLY PARK - - staff up and never leave anyone alone to handle a busy Saturday morning! Unacceptable and no one should park paying top dollar and get screamed at! YES WE Have video proof of all this! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
I have to commend and again thank the shuttle driver at WallyPark on Oct 6th about 2:30 PM (I'm sorry I forgot his name). I was a little scattered that day as I was flying with my daughter in law and 18 month grandson to get them settled in a new home in AZ. I had dropped them at the airport then went to WallyPark to leave my car. I had 2 big suitcases and a carry on with me on the shuttle back to Mitchell Field Airport. Somehow, I did not get my keys in my purse while on the shuttle, but I wasn't aware of that. I checked in at the terminal and was starting to walk towards the escalator going up to the gates, when I noticed the shuttle driver coming in the door. I didn't think much about it, until he came up to me, with my keys (car and home on that ring) and said, \Do you remember me? You left these on the shuttle.\ How great is that?! He helped me before I even knew I needed it!! What a kind, good person. Luckily he was the driver again on Oct 13th when I returned, so I was able to thank him again myself. I am so grateful to him, WallyPark please keep him on staff.
Never had such a poor experience with wallypark. Waited 15-20 mins to be taken to the airport on initial day and then waited over 30 minutes to be picked up after our flight. It snowed 2 days ago and lot still wasn't plowed. Seriously, having only ONE van running and no one manning the gates is ridiculous. Def using fastpark next time we travel. In the 30 minutes we waited for 1 Wallypark van we saw fastpark SEVEN times...
