Worst experience ever. When they come to your office and buy cars they ask for the world and treatment, HOWEVER, when you lease their places, you can't even get any Essentials! They make you jump through hoops to get anything they have promised in writing!!!! I will never deal with these people again. I will make it a point to post everywhere and anywhere I can that you should never do business with them. I have never seen a company not care about a client as much as these people. I would leave contact information, but I have reached out multiple times. They won't pass my message along.

If It were possible to leave anything less than 1 star I absolutely would. This is the worst company in the City of El Paso to lease through. Save yourself the headache and financial hardship. I’ve pumped over 14thousand into their building due to a lack of maintenance EVER and I haven’t even been in it for a year yet. They refuse to cover ANYTHING!

These owners/people are total crooks. Charge way way too much for rent and whatever you need done to your business inside or even outside even when the building is theirs and you shouldn’t have to pay for commercial AC units when the building isn’t yours they make you pay for it! Which is BS! Don’t rent/lease from this company!

Terrible company doing terrible and shady things. They do nothing but steal money. A prime example is booting cars in the middle of the day!!! This is absurd. Greed is the best friend of this company and the owners!! Don’t ever lease from this company.

Do not lease from them. They took our sign that we paid for down from our business without telling us while our business was closed and refused to give it back until we got the super expensive sign they wanted us to buy. Mind you they refuse to fix ANYTHING in there buildings just definitely someone you do not want to do business with, very unprofessional and think they are untouchable

I've had many experiences, some good-some bad. But in the decade I've been with mimco, I've seen in many forms-fairness, reliabilty and most importantly, due honesty. I don't feel the need to hide my personality from them and for a company as big as this- I find that hard to come by. I am not the perfect tenant, nor are they the perfect team; but this is no longer about such as renting with them feels more like a dream. One day they might feel like family too! I hope I can stay with them for many more years and have continued faith in them; may they also share the same sentiment too.

Greedy company that boots/tows peoples car. Should pay more attention to all the potholes in some of their parking lots. Way to treat el Pasoans
