Ugraded bridge. Short cut going to sto tomas and minalin.

This bridge connects Minalin and Guagua. It makes travel a lot more convenient between this two Municipalities. Before, people will have to get a detour through San Fernando to have a smooth travel which take a few minutes before an hour, but now the travel time is cut to just less than 15 minutes.
