It’s a branch of the Gyudon chain Sukiya. Mainly serving Gyudon (thinly sliced beef & onions over rice), but with some other dishes. Plenty of sides and sets available. It’s very reasonable pricing, fast and convenient food.

No fuss and quick means to dine. They serve more variety of beer rice (more than Yoshinoya) I think, and you can mix it up with vegetables, curry and other ingredients. Price is cheap but only downside is there isn't any English menu so you might have to just point and get directly from the pictures. Don't expect any customization. I was told that this is better than Matsuya but worst than Yoshinoya. You decide for yourself!
For fast food it was excellent. Fish and rice but I would skip the beef next time. We did find a bone or two in the fish so be careful. But it wasn’t an issue. I wish rice and fish was fast food in America I would be eating it every day. Great flavor and great price.
Cheap and very tasty food. Ate the unagi and chicken on rice, was quite good.
