Just had the best massage of my life thanks to Lucy. I was a bundle of knots and tightness yet Lucy somehow managed to work them out and make me supple. I can’t recommend this day spa highly enough. When visiting Inverloch again in the future I will be booking in!

Mind body day spa is my go to place for the ultimate relaxing, pampering experience! I’m so happy with my henna brows and classic eyelash extensions. I also treat myself on special occasions for relaxation massage & facial. Super professional friendly beauty therapists, my favourite place to be!
I had my nails done, and loved the experience! My baby thinks they're the best nails he's ever seen! A lovely little store with great service. They were quite busy today, but I felt very relaxed and looked after. If you're after a good salon to get your nails done while you're away, I would highly recommend these guys! My hubby and I are booking in one of their massages for our date night soon as well!
Lucy is now my favourite person in the world. Microderm facial with her was next level - it exceeded any expectation I had before walking in, and I can't wait to go back. There was no pushing of products or telling me how badly sun-damaged my skin is.. just a relaxing, soothing, rejuvenating hour lying down being pampered. Highly highly recommend.
My husband made a booking weeks in advance for two (2) massages (as a gift), we personally reconfirmed 48 hours in advance. Less than 18 hours before the treatments, we received a TEXT MESSAGE cancelling the appointments due to ‘a sick staff member’ with no solution offered. I called the spa, for the lady again to offer no solution, or apology. She suggested we book for the same time next year, as they are ‘fully booked’ for the duration of our stay, although they are showing availability online. The service or lack there of is extremely dissapointing, i would not recommend booking this spa as they are extremely unreliable. We also had a booking in March, that they cancelled on the day (via text) however were able to book for an alternate day. The spa require at least 24 hours cancellation from clients, however do not follow their own rules.
Had a microderm facial and pedicure with Kate. Was seriously impressed with her professionalism and expertise. As good as any service I have had overseas or in Australia.
I had the most wonderful manicure here. Will be making the trip to Inverloch just so I can come back once lockdown restrictions are lifted!
Lovely staff. Small venue but had everything you need. Great massage and facial!
