Dr. Crenshaw was the WORST Dr. I have had the displeasure of having to see in my life! She's a bully and very rude. I transferred all my medical info to her office after I moved across the country. She immediately told me that she didn't care what my medical issues were, that she wanted tests and if I needed my ADD med, get a shrink to give it to me! I contacted a Psychologist in the Reno area and he agreed to see my records and do a video conference. I went to the medical facility to have my video conference, got interviewed, and was approved by him for my medicine. The next appointment with Dr. Crenshaw was a huge disaster. She saw on my records that I got approved by the Psychologist for my medicine, like she told me to do, and then proceeded to not address my reasons for the visit. Instead she spent her brief time in the room with me yelling and berating me for seeing the Psychologist like she had previously told me to do! After her huge meltdown, that I'm sure everyone else heard, she walked out muttering that I need to get another Dr. as she was not going to be my Dr.! She actually slammed the exam room door! After a wait, a nurse or ? came into the room to notify me that the appointment was OVER and that Dr. Crenshaw would not be seeing me again! Really? She's an unhinged piece of work! Lots of luck to you Dr. Crenshaw on your future righteous endeavors.
