Why does this business have an answering machine when they don't call you back !! I won't pass this business name on to others.

I called to book a work order, telling them I was available any week day before 2 PM, instead they booked the appointment for Saturday so I had to arrange for someone to be home, only to have them call on Saturday and cancel rescheduling the appointment for the following Thursday. Then, without explanation, they canceled Thursday's appointment without contacting myself only sending an email to my internet provider without explanation as to why they were canceling it. I waited around calling them all Thursday morning, only to get an answering machine till 11:30. The woman who answered the call told me they'd canceled the appointment in order for me to get faster service from someone else and promptly hung up on me. When I called back to get clarification I once again only got the answering machine. I did not swear or yell at the person either time I spoke with them, so this unprofessional behaviour was very uncalled for.

Worst possible service and customer I have ever had the misfortune dealing with. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail, apparently they don’t know how to use it and check messages. And they ran out of cable and cancelled appointments. A cable company runs out of cable? Need I say more.

I've been working with John and his team for a number of years now. Always professional and accommodating, I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your satellite internet or Shaw satellite needs.
