Very disappointed with their professionalism, always left on the back burner, I have placed orders for fuel in the mid winter.. year after year and they never deliver on their customer satisfaction...they never call to update you on their delivery and let you know if they can deliver or not... you have to follow up instead. When you call and leave voicemail they don’t call back. If I could be able to order all of my oil for the whole year in the summer with them, then that would be great!!... but I know this is only a fantasy, due to the limitations of the tank size.... in the end I find myself buying jerry cans and filling the tank up myself...some advice to Ultramar is to get trucks that work, and that are 4x4..since we are in the northern country with lots of snow..
