The management of this practice has questionable ethics and they are very poor at continuity of care. They provide no transitional support if you transfer to a different provider outside of their practice. It doesn’t matter whether you are stable or in crisis they lack empathy. If there is a delay in your transition to an outside provider and you have an issue (expired prescription) they are ethically and legally obligated to provide you with support until you are able to get an appointment with your new provider. It doesn’t matter how long you have been a patient. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to any patients, friends or enemies unless the management has been gutted.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any company ever! Brandon the receptionist shouldn’t be allowed anything digital. He is absolutely incompetent and absolutely unprofessional. I like Dr. Bermudes, so I was willing to give him another chance but the service in this place is a joke. This Brandon guy will single handedly bring down this company if they continue to allow his incompetence to run the show. If you want your mental problems to be worse instead of better, dealing with an office assistant who can’t even fill a prescriptions correctly for SIX WEEKS combined when I’ve only seen the doctor twice, come here. This place has been a nightmare to deal with.

I would give zero stars to this place. Scheduled online seemed simple ... no one called for my appointment... called office to see what happened she couldn't tell me so I rescheduled guess what they didn't call again... 3rd time Philip did call before my appointment time and was rude and flat basically told he if I wasn't looking for medication they couldn't help me. WOW

Attempted to schedule an appointment - was on hold with the automated system for over 20 minutes then automatically dumped into a voicemail inbox. Meanwhile I completed a contact request online and scheduled an intake. I left a voicemail saying I still needed to speak with someone, although I did not hear back from anyone. Day before the intake I called again to reschedule and speak with a live person, could not get through so I left another voicemail saying to cancel the appointment if a real person was never going to call me back. Never heard back. Appointment day rolls around, I had already moved on with my life, and they call anyway acting as if they had no knowledge or care of my several contact attempts. I explained my frustration and was completely dismissed. Very rude, will never deal with these people again.

coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I strongly encourage you to look into coming here if you are struggling with your depression. The docs can be your regular psychiatrists too and will help with other mental health struggles and know how to work with insurance to get what you need
