We have become frustrated with this practice not because of the people who we see there but because of the people we do not see. My family of 5 have been patients at this practice for over a year. We have not once seen nor met the doctor. The nurse practitioners that we have seen are very nice and excellent at there jobs. The nurses are also very helpful. The receptionist, Cindy, is friendly and kind, but way over burdened. She checks people in, checks people out, schedules appointments, fills out paperwork, and answers all the phone lines. As a result, the line is often busy when I call for an appointment. I recently requested an appointment for my husband who was having pain that affected his everyday life. I was told the soonest he could be seen was 2 months away and could just be in conjunction with his usual diabetes check up. We found this to be most unacceptable. Is the doctor ever on the premises? Is there a limit to the number of patients a doctor should accept? Is the goal to help the patients or make as much money as possible, while working the tails off your skeleton crew? Would not recommend this practice due to poor upper management. Get more people in there to see your existing patients or you will lose them.
