The driver assigned in my area has quickly turned the tables regarding my first impression on J&T and those located elsewhere in Manila. The driver shows great service and attitude towards me and always never fails to accomodate my needs. On time pick-up, 3 days transit time and delivery unlike other couriers. Thank you for being reliable.

To those who wants to order shopee I don't recommend you with J&T express because they are not responsive. They don't answer calls and reply messages. The item was with them since Dec.15 and until today (Dec.18) I still didn't get the item. The thing is they always text you that they will deliver the item but if you'll gonna ask what time so that you will know, NO REPLIES and when you call the number NO ONE ANSWERS! I wish I could post some screenshots
