I wanted to change my money to the new 20 peso coins. The last time I went there which was 3 weeks ago the teller told me to come back after a week to have it change since the vault was unavailable. That time I had a transaction. Today I came back without doing any transaction and try to have my money change the other teller told me that they don't have it and she said the last delivery they had was december. So who's telling the truth now?

Staff are not calibrated on the instructions they give to clients. I was told twice that I can make an over-the-counter withdrawal for my calamity funds even when it's a dormant account. A week after, I called to check if account has been activated. It's still pending sa Manila but I was told funds are in. I asked again if I can withdraw it over-the-counter, and was told YES. So, I went there and after 2 hours of waiting in line, I was told they can't process any transaction with a dormant account. I told the teller I was told otherwise 2 times by 2 different people. He talks over me and does not listen simply saying it can't be done. It's disapponting that your branch seems to have 4 people on a regular day and 2 of them are misinformed of your own policies. Please calibrate. Three working days after, I called, spoke to the same teller, he said account is still dormant but he'll make a follow-up. Not sure if he made a follow-up days before when I went to the branch. This is a calamity fund and we are in the midst of a pandemic. Please train your staff to have some sense of urgency and empathy. Three weeks running, no update from them.

Waited 3 hours outside under the heat of the sun, just to do over-the-counter withdrawal. The customer service personnel is rude, worst Unionbank branch I've visited.

Firstly, hinay ang movement sa transactions and chill ra kaayo ang mga teller in a bad way kay walay ka sense of urgency. Secondly, ang guard harap harapan magpaskip sa line walay sense of kaikog. Thirdly, walay tarung ang flow sa transactions. First visit, inquiry, 1hour or more - wala pa juy nabuhat sa akong inquiry. Second Visit for the same inquiry, 1hour and a half and still counting.
