My service advisor Carlos did an excellent job. I set everything up online arrived early for service and my loaner was ready to go. He even advised me of future work that was upcoming so I could budget ahead for it. I had my brake fluid, oil change, and air filter changed. I was sent video and text updates throughout the day so that I knew what was happening to my Mini Cooper. All work was finished the same day and the car was cleaned and vacuumed. Great customer service and experience. I highly recommend Mini of Arlington.

BMW/Mini of Arlington is the absolute best place to go for all of your service needs! I always tell people that if they have the extra time, go to BMW Arlington instead of BMW Dallas. I have had the worst possible experiences at BMW Dallas-but BMW Arlington definitely makes up for it because they treat their customers so well and will definitely make sure you are taken care of. I recently had my mini cooper serviced with Robert Moler at BMW Arlington, and he is AWESOME! So nice and customer-service oriented, he made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed-definitely recommend him if you need your mini serviced! Thanks Robert!!
