Bad customer service- Went to the shop at 4pm not realising it was click and collect only. So we phoned the number that was on the door and the guy who answered said it was fine and took my order. Was half way through when I got disconnected so tried calling back with no luck. Then we looked up at their office window and caught 4 of them peeking down to see if we were still there and laughing when we saw them. No response the next day when tried calling back so won’t be using them again as there’s other alternatives and other people we’ve spoke to in the mini community also don’t like dealing with them. Maybe take a leaf out of some of your competitors books as word is getting around about how you deal with people

I recieved a poor quality front wing which did not fit, I made a complaint and got an a very arrogant response on the phone, I then went to Mini Sport and the wing fits perfectly. Mini Spares must improve the way they speak to customers.

Despatch staff could be more friendly...Did not let a lorry driver use a toilet after 3 hours drive ... Had to liu on their building

Great for when mine decides she wants yet another present, easy ordering system online, some delays in delivery lately but that's going to be because of the dreaded lurgi.... Friendly staff who'll try to help you out if you aren't quite sure which components are compatible with your little friend (mine's like triggers broom....nightmare). Generally good quality too.
