THIS IS A SCAM - Do not book with this company! I used it to book a minibus, as they quoted a really good price - about half of what other companies charged, so I guess that should have been a red flag. I was charged, and was sent a confirmation email with a customer service phone number. On the day, I tried to call the number to make sure the booking was OK - nobody answered the phone. I then called the minibus company itself - a phone number was not provided but I found them on Google. The owner told me I had been scammed, and that he had no affiliation with the company. Luckily I was able to get my money back via Visa, but save yourself the headache and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
The driver was on time if not a couple of minutes early, really friendly and made me feel comfortable, smooth journey (I get car sick so find some drivers a bit dodgy) and great overall service.
