We recently got some custom bookshelves and a vanity for a bathroom from Alpine. Due to some poor communication and a misunderstanding we had some challenges at first. When there are issues a truly good company wil shine. Once Rich, the owner, heard about the problems he got personally involved and went out of his way to make things right. It was nice to see that Alpine really wants to see its customer be totally satisfied with their purchase. The end result is that we have high quality, beautiful looking new furniture. Thank you!

The cabinets for my new kitchen were AMAZING. The quality is absolutely incredible and they were able to match my colors to my other cabinets in my home. The only issue was that they were a day late but i expect that with construction projects. they were very professional and kept in contact with me via email for the whole process from my drawings and sign offs to scheduling my delivery. I will be recommending Alpine Woodworking to all my friends.
All of there talent is at the front end, with design. After that it has been a complete nightmare to get them to do anything. Cabinets were several weeks late. Came to do final touch ups and did below average work. Trying to get them to come fix issues still, and we have had them for over two months. I'm not their biggest customers, but I wish I would have spent my 13k somewhere else!!!!
The first line of their website is...\Along with excellent personal service comes the satisfaction of knowing that attention to detail will follow your project all the way to the installation.\ After that buyer beware. Alpine Woodworking customer service and follow-up after the installation is down right RUDE!!!!!!!! Our kitchen is even featured on their web site. Over the past 6 mos they have made over 4 appointments with us and never showed up. They don't call to apologize or even reschedule. We had to do all of the follow-up The staff blames it on the owner Rich as he is the one in charge of the schedules. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
