We hired the team at David Heide Design Studio to design our house after coming across some of their beautiful work online. We envisioned building a farmhouse with some modern and Scandinavian influences on our forested 2.5 acre lot. The design process took approximately one year and the build another year and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result! We mostly worked with Chris, David and Leanna and we can honestly say that we could not have wished for a better team. They were extremely professional and fun to work with throughout the process and their design talent, creativity, eye for aesthetics and attention to detail (without losing sight of practicality), are unmatched. We also very much appreciated how responsive and flexible they were throughout the process, listening to our ideas whilst also guiding us in the right direction. We enjoy every moment living in our dream house and are eternally grateful to Chris, David and Leanna for making this a reality!

If you care about authenticity in architectural and design detail, David Heide studio is an excellent choice for your remodeling/building needs We have had 2 projects conceptualized and completed by David Heide Design Studio, and from the initial conversations to the final brush stroke, every detail has been overseen and cared about by his staff. Our last project was the total renovation of an 1888 carriage house. Left to my own devices, I could not have begun to imagine the design that David envisioned and that we eventually ended with. It completely changed how we live in our home, and 7 years later, we still love it. David Heide Design Studio listens carefully to you, anticipates your lifestyle, and then designs your space to fit that. Their ability to design is such that they change structures from spaces into inviting and functional places. Places where you want to be. We worked primarily with both David and Michael - both excellent people and marvelous, creative contributors to the wonderful work that was done. Our re-do jobs were smaller than the incredible work they have done for much wealthier people that we seen.
