Absolutely annoyed with the service today! We order a delivery order and never received it. So we called back and the lady said that it will arrive in 5 minutes. 5 minutes goes by and no food. So we call again and speak to the so called “manager” and he says “oh that’s a pick up order you need to come pick it up”. First off no. I ordered it for delivery. I have never ordered for pickup and second off when will we get our food. Guess what this “manager” says! He says “well I’m not remaking your food because I don’t want to remake it and deliver it so here’s a refund you won’t get it for 4-7 days!” So you’re telling us we are not getting food and we won’t get our money back for almost a week!!!!! So I called back and explained to him that I told 2 people over the phone that it was for delivery and they knew exactly where to deliver it to but this “manager” doesn’t care about his store and doesn’t care al all about his customers because all he said to me was is there anything else for you.

First time at an Erbert & Gerberts. No military discount but still gave us a discount for serving. I ordered the Comet Candy. Next time I would order the Dijon mustard on the side, (a little heavy on the sauce). Fresh sandwich but was light on the ham and roast beef. Clean establishment! Friendly Employees!
Yuuuup. Good sandy's here. I always just order delivery, cuz lazy and I hate the quarry. Food is always excellent and delivery is always on time.
