Craig is wonderful. They sold me a duramax Colorado and on the way home to MI I was having some battery or alternator issues. The truck had been sitting for some time, we were not sure what the root cause was and either was autozone. We were in Chicago at the time and it was Saturday night at 7pm. I called Craig and he said to buy a new battery, alternator and a tool kit to install. They said they would reimburse me. Even after not buying the extended warranty they still sent me a check for the battery, alternator, and tool kit. Craig said in no way was he going to leave me stranded. highly recommended!!
Just purchased my 2018 Ford Escape SEL and I am so pleased with the service and attention I received. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Bloomington Lincoln and each purchase and experience out shines the last. Each and every staff member there is friendly and helpful, beginning with the smiling receptionist that greats you! The process was so streamlined and organized, I was extremely impressed! The personal touch they provide is spot on. Maybe it’s the tech nerd in me but the fact the purchase documents were presented on a huge doc pad screen on the desk surface to sign, was so cool! See you in a few years when I’m ready for a new vehicle!
Overall a quality dealership. The process of buying a vehicle from start to finish was quick and easy. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The highlight for me is their service department. After a few visits and bringing other vehicles in to be serviced, Lincoln of Bloomington is far above other dealerships. Honest, hard working crew who clearly enjoy their jobs.
Recently purchased a new to me (used) Ram pickup. Found the truck on cargurus.com and called the dealership. Spoke with Craig Schow. Informed him of what I was looking at and where I was located. Buying a vehicle over the phone/online was a new and honestly rather bothersome experience. Craig made sure that the vehicle was everything I was looking for and very straight forward and honest about every detail regarding the truck. Every step of the process was dealt with in the same regard, which made me extremely comfortable with the purchase. There was a slight issue with the truck when it arrived at my house (battery was dead), I called and was told to purchase a new one and they would send a check immediately to cover the cost. Overall, the best experience I've ever had with a dealership, and highly recommend the dealership and especially Craig! Photo just because, truck and bike match now!
