Hands down one of the best places I have lived! Excellent apartments, feels like one of those high-grade apartments, but at a very affordable price. My apartment was facing west, so filled with sunlight in the evening when I get back home. I could see the sunset, downtown, I-35W, train track, and people walking around. It felt lively without any loud noises. The apartment is spacious, with a large living room and bedrooms. There is a lot of space in the kitchen for cooking. It was easy to request maintenance through the online portal, and the folks responded typically within 2-3 days without any hassles. Really well-carpeted floors, hot water in the shower/sink any time instantly, and excellent heating, all you need for a Minnesota winter. Trash room right by our apartment, and centrally air-conditioned with clean interior. Bus stop right in front of the building with bus-2 having a frequency of 15 minutes to take you to the University in 5-10 minutes. I lived there for a year before moving to another city. I wish I had a chance to live at the apartments longer. Highly recommend.

Really good location. Apartment and amenities are decent for the price. Maintenance is very responsive. But the management is very disorganized. In the year that I lived there, there were 4 different property managers, my unit was wrongfully charged for things multiple times and since moving out a few months ago and after many calls and emails I have still not received my security deposit. They told me that the tenant who moved in after me has to be the one to pay me the security deposit, which is something I've never heard of from a property management company. Overall it's a nice place to live, it's just poorly managed.

I have experienced poor management the past 2 years if there is any. There is constantly a new manager and they seem to be out of the office frequently and do not respond to emails quickly if at all. Theft happens a lot whether it is packages or bikes/valuables from the garage. Is there cameras? My roommates and I have had a couple packages stolen as well as 2 of our bikes from the garage and nothing was done about it but it is apparently because we are letting people in who do not live here... Maintenance is hit or miss. We have some things resolved the next day or not at all without reaching out a second time. The only thing I have liked about living here is the convenience of location for me. I would not live here if you want to live in a safe environment where management cares about you.

Great management. Val and Adam are very attentive, professional and nice. They respond to my emails and maintenance requests immediately and are always willing to accommodate all tenants' needs. The apartments are spacious and pet friendly! I really enjoy living here as I feel comfortable and at home.

Lived in this apartment last year. I have been waiting on my security deposit that was due to me in September, and it’s now February. I have repeatedly been told I’ll be called back, put in contact with someone, etc. only to receive no further contact. I have to repeatedly call, be told they’ll get back to me, and and then be ignored till I call again and go through the same cycle. For half a year! Communication was terrible since we signed the lease, but refusing to give back a security deposit is theft. At this point, I’m considering legal council. Put your money somewhere where it won’t be stolen.
