Fun educational boat cruise down the local Mississippi. Boat has Two levels. Can freely move around during the ride. We did see a few very active spiders on the deck but not worrisome by any means. Clean eating area and friendly staff. Tour guide offered good information along the trip of landmarks. Good for families and couples, small parties. Basic concessions offered (liquor, sodas, juice, candy, chips).

I would give it 0 stars if i could. My husband and i booked a cruise for our anniversary, but the night of the cruise a family member ended up in the hospital and we couldn’t make it. I tried to call and talk to them and explain that we don’t want a refund we just want to reschedule our time and they refused. My best friend and her fiancé and my parents were both going to book a cruise depending on our experience, and now they will not because this place only cares about MONEY! DO NOT BOOK. I wish i had read the negative reviews before i booked. Don’t make the same mistake i made.

Great experience! Would do another tour with paradise charters. Pizza is from a local pizza place on the pizza cruise. PROs: relaxed, clean, friendly staff, great sights, enjoyable experience for the whole family overall. CONs: music wasn't just soft in the background and lyrics were not very family friendly. No tour guide explaining the sights. If another group is late, the boat will wait.

If you are planning a gathering don't even bother! Half of the event planners do not know what they're talking about and will give you the run-around. Even with Covid-19 they try to up charge everything and specials are not honored.

Amazing customer service! Food was delish!!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us as we celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. Dave, Deanna, Capt Jack, Andy and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! We all had a blast and are still talking about the experience.
