We'll be relying on Comfort First for all our heating and cooling needs going forward. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, all around great customer service! We woke up Sunday to -7 degree temps and no heat. We called another company that sent a tech out who ran diagnostics but did not have the part he determined was needed for the repair and could not get it for at least 24 hours. We did not want to wait in the cold. So we called Comfort First who worked with us by phone to ensure they had the part and then sent someone out right away. The Comfort First technician performed a more thorough diagnostic test with a better explanation of what was going on with our furnace and also fixed some things the other company missed completely. Comfort First had the part our furnace needed and quoted us a far better price, too. The repair was quick, and our heat was running again in no time. Awesome!

I contacted the company on 2/7 Super Bowl Sunday since the furnace had stopped working when the temperature outside was 0 degrees, -15 windchill. My husband has terminal cancer and is bedridden so I had to have heat working. I had called multiple companies who were not helpful. The person I spoke to (sadly I was so stressed I do not remember his name) was very concerned, helpful and walked me through steps to assess the furnace. He was listening via my phone to the furnace and we troubleshooted the air filter was the problem and the furnace restarted. He talked me through the steps of rewarming the home gradually so I didn’t overheat the furnace again. He offered to have someone come between 5-7 if I felt more comfortable but instead we agreed for him to have someone come in the morning. I did have someone come and he was wonderful also. He examined the furnace and cleaned multiple areas and also checked outside to assure there were no more blockages. He thoroughly explained all of his thoughts on what he thought happened and reviewed different ways the furnace may shut down. I am truly grateful to the 2 men who worked with me. They showed concern, empathy and compassion. They were knowledgeable and were able to communicate in layman terms what was going on. I will definitely use this company again and tell everyone I know. My only regret is not knowing their names to give them well deserved credit.

Had my furnace quit working, called Comfort first , and they were at my house within the hour. Brad was my tech very professional and very knowledgeable and cool guy to talk too. He came in explained everything and got to work and fixed everything quickly and made sure he answered any and all my questions. Would def recommend .

Called early AM and got an appointment the same day. Technician was friendly and personable, explaining what transpired and how to maintain (on my own as well as with their service) the area to help prevent future issues. Highly recommend.

Wonderful people, called in morning because Nest I installed wasn't working right and we had no heat all night and with 2 small kids that's not good. By 10.30 a tech was at my house assessing the issue. He was able to fix the thermostat and didn't leave until the house was warm again! Only charged me for service fee! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I am a customer for life now.
