It gets 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Tried to cash a check and gave my global entry card for my picture I'd. I have a traffic ticket and they take your drivers license. In fact I gave many id's all government issued. For those that don't know the global entry card is issued by the United States government and tough background checks are done on ever applicant. Not everyone is able to get this identification. The teller immediately said no that it's got to be a government issued id. Then another guy came over and said that while this is a government id we don't take this. Totally blows my mind. All they had to do was Google search to see that this is in fact a United States government issued I'd. Pathetic people, pathetic bank. Glad I left them over 20 years ago.
