The Minooka location lost my package/delivered my package to the wrong address. They told me to call them and then the line sent me to the operator. Worst post office ever. Glad you guys are going out of business.

Don't go to this location if you want them to lose your package. Rude people, it's like asking them to pull teeth just to do there job. Go to the Channahon USPS they are much better at there jobs.

Needed to send in envelope with tracking number. Priority mail. Wrote down correct address where it was to be delivered. When the postal worker prepared the the tracking label. She typed a portion of the address and picked an incorrect address. Needless to say, thankfully this was tracked and was able to find where this was delivered and the correct person did eventually get their package. Just double check their work. Was given a run around that they did nothing wrong and it was delivered to the address that was given to them. No it went to the incorrect address because she was to lazy to take 10 seconds to double check her work.

I have yet to have a vacation hold be handled correctly in the past 2 years. 0/8 times. Packages sitting outside, mail delivered instead of holding on pickup day, and not delivered on day requested so I had to pickup. Post master suggested that I fill a hold mail form at post office rather than do it on line. It has made no difference. (This was not happening 3.5 years ago.) I’m disgusted! Careless, incompetent government workers.
