It is a shame to have this type of service in Eastvale location. Poor attitude and fraudulent claims from the so-called Assistance Manager, his name is “Shannon” a middle age guy in dark hair with glasses. According to their return policy: Merchandise returns with a receipt older than 30 days will be exchanged or credited with store credit. Merchandise returns without a receipt will require a valid picture ID and if approved by the refund system, will be refunded in the form of a store credit or exchanged at the item's current selling price. However, Shannon claimed that your return item is now selling at 49 cents so they can only give you store credit for 49 cents for an item that you paid 12.99. This is a fraudulent claim that the item now sells for 49 cents because Shannon also claims they do not have this item in stock at all and this is an indirect ways not to take your return item. Be aware especially coming to the store between 9-10pm on Friday and get ready to put up with their poor attitude. The reason I am writing this review is because this is not the first time that they claimed your return item is now selling at 49 cents. 2 months ago they claimed a carpet I paid 44.99 is also now selling at 49 cents when you want to return it to them. Of course this 49 cents carpet they claimed is also not in stock. Honestly they are full of lies. I would recommend to take your shopping somewhere else.

This place is a disaster, a disaster on steroids. I got here and immediately wondered where is the management at in this place. Everything is threw away like a hurricane hit this place and the employees are just wandering around like it normal. The management should be ashamed of themselves for letting customers buy things off the dirty floors of this store. No one is nice, everyone is in a rush to do nothing and more importantly the store is a mess. It’s a fire hazard bc you can’t go through certain lanes

Ross always has the best for less! They were kind of out of stock for a bit because the whole COVID thing but they're good now. Not fully restocked but they still got some pretty good things and the line wasn't that long to pay! Always a great experience going to Ross for anything I need - from pet beds to new socks. And the employees there are always so friendly!
