P Massie just finished the installation of our new pool, and I found the teams from beginning to end helpful, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. Kevin from the sales team, would always get back to me in a timely manner and provided insight to each step of the process. They charged my credit card fraudulently without having done any service after 3 calls they still don't want to refund the fraudulent charges. Had to contact our credit card and also called consumer protection to help us retive the charges. They are crooks with bad custimee service dont recomend then for any pool needs.
P Massie was sub-contracted by a Boutique Sima. Overall the installation went fairly well but with a few major hiccups. They were given the wrong design plan, made executive decisions they were not authorized to make and in the end I did not get the pool I paid for. Also, they sent an inexperienced worker to install a niche light and he has caused permanent damage to my light. They made attempts to fix this but it is still problematic. No one will take responsibility.
Très satisfaits de notre piscine, creusée en respectant l'échéancier, le budget et les plans. Elle est superbe. Ils font l'ouverture et la fermeture tous les ans. Ils offrent un super service après-vente et garantissent les pièces. Nous ne pouvons que les recommander.

De l'achat à la livraison, tout s'est bien déroulé et je suis satisfaite de la qualité générale. J'ai par contre eu un délai supplémentaire pour la fabrication de la toile qui a fait que la construction a été un peu plus longue que prévu (1,5 sem). Je les recommande sans hésiter!
