Stay far away from this company. There are lots of things I could say about my awful experience (how I paid 700 for emptying and cleaning and still ended up with a pool with brown water; how it's impossible to just talk to someone because their phone menu either hangs up on you, leads you to their useless website, or leads you to a mailbox that's full; how they tell you to stop filling the pool when the deep end is full, and then come back and tell you you needed to fill in a foot of water, and then can't tell you when they'll be back because reaching someone is impossible). This is the abridged version of my troubles with this company. At this point I'm still waiting on them to come back for a third time, and have no way of knowing when they're coming because my phone calls and emails are unanswered. Awful customer service, and also awful actual service.
They do not respect their own contracts. They also give themselves the right to damage anything on your property without taking ownership as soon as you sign the excavation document. Charged me an extra 3,000 on top of the contract signed ans damaged a car in the driveway. In order to remain honest, I do have to say the pool is great, but the company rotten.
