I called Affordable Air when my blower fan was running 24/7. They had Jaime out later that same afternoon. He diagnosed that problem. And within 30 minutes he told me he had to order a fan blower relay and it would be in in a couple of days. Two days later Jaime came, replaced relay, voila, problem solved. Affordable Air could not have done a better job. They did such an excellent job that I had them replace the other A/C system. That was older technology and needed an update. Super Happy!!

My experience with this company has been horrible! They overcharged me for product and installation and then would not honor warranty. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission- Consumer fraud division. Please contact them for information before doing business with this company. Also note they remove negative reviews so you can not see them. Beware, if you are a senior such as we are they take advantage of you. I will continue to warn consumers about this company until they reimburse me for my expense that they said they would pay and then refused. They lied to me.
When it comes to AC service there are many; esp in Florida. HOWEVER when it comes to service, I have to say that Affordable Air went above and beyond the call of duty when the AC stopped working one hot summer night with a 3 month old baby! They came after hours and delivered exceptional service at a more than reasonable rate. Customer for life! Thank you Affordable Air!
We had 6 different companies come out to fix our issue! None of them fixed anything, some made it worse even, but Affordable Air was able to get our heat working again! Corey was amazing! Professional and friendly, and took the time to figure out our unique system. So happy with them!
I have called Affordable Air on several occasions to respond to the vacation rental properties I manage. They are by far the most professional, courteous, and reasonably priced company I've dealt with. They have been able to handle all of my emergency calls, also. They are fantastic people that want to help in any way they can. This is the only company I call when I need help now. Thank you guys for being amazing!
