Chef Alex did a wonderful job. We did a five course sampling and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was unique, with wonderful flavors. We will having him do another dinner soon.

One of the best chef’s we’ve ever hired. Highly recommended. We opted to let him choose the menu and never disappointed. Kids meals were as good as adults as well and that is from both the kids and the parents. Desserts incredible. Hire him now and stop reading reviews cause he’s the best. Full send.
Alex cooked dinner and brunch for us during our family vacation in Alys Beach. He has a very interesting background with a lot of experience in the culinary field all over the world. We loved the 4 course dinner he prepared so much that we let him make up his own menu for brunch the next morning and it was fantastic! We wish we could’ve booked him for more meals as the food was so flavorful. Highly recommend Alex to anyone and look forward to having him cook for us again, hopefully sooner than later!
We spent a week in Destin with our family and schedule Alex for 4 of the 7 nights. After the first night we knew we had to have him for the entire time! The food and presentation were excellent. Can’t wait to have him again!!

Chef Alex traveled all the way to Ashville, NC to accommodate my family and make me a spectacular birthday dinner. I would highly remendad him and all the dinners were delicious. He is very flexible and he aims to please.
