Nothing but great things to say about this company! Nic came out on a Friday to give us a quote and I was desperate to have the system installed the next day which he accommodated. Their quote was very similar to other companies for the install but they included some additional features at no extra charge. He was so professional and took so much time explaining the system to me and how the app works. He even gave me his personal number in case I had any questions. They system is so easy to use and I highly recommend emerald coast alarms.

I'm responsible for lock maintenance for several customers in the Florida area. We switched from Nexia Z-wave technology to the Point Central system. Emerald Coast alarms performed the install and helps with the upkeep. Since then, I haven't had to make one trip to any of my properties to resolve any issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you have questions or problems (Thanks TRISH!) If you maintain property in Florida and live in another state, this company and its products are a lifesaver!
