There were a lot of very nice, kind, thoughtful nurses, PAs, and doctors. We got a sense that our situation was not taken seriously by one individual which was disappointing. My fiance remained in significant pain two days after her visit, and we had to return due to the severity of the issue. The second visit was mixed again - one of the nurses was shockingly lacking in compassion and went so far as to accuse my fiance of seeking pain meds. This was horribly insulting, and I would hope this nurse is reprimanded for her behavior. Fortunately the attending doctor was fantastic and recognized the pain to be real and not a story being used to to seek meds. Both my fiance and I were nearly in tears over how two of the nurses acted, and I cannot recommend someone to go to this ER on that basis which is unfortunate because most of the people were kind, true heroes in the line of duty.

Want to feel very uncared for? Come to this ER, careless service and makes you wait with no checking in and nurses just casually sitting outside of your room chatting. 4 hours before I even spoke to a nurse and there was no one else waiting! Terrible service, go somewhere else

The staff is friendly and helpful. They do screen for Coronavirus and will provide masks that you need to wear while you are in the facility. Our visit was quick on a Friday night. In and out pretty much. The staff had mentioned how some people are scared to go to the ER due to fears of contracting the coronavirus and end up worse by waiting. All the precautions are in place and they do the best they can to protect themselves and anyone who enters. So if you need to see a doctor, do not hesitate because they will take good care of you.

Everything is done in excellence! I appreciate the staff from the waiting room to the nursing staff, to the doctor to the custodial crew! I feel like, they took the time to listen to me, and genuinely cared about my care. Big thank you to Sacred Heart, we appreciate the care that you bring. Don't go anywhere else if you can help it! This is the kind of care that you want when you need it!
