This place is a hidden away gem. I’ve eaten at MANY Haitian restaurants in the area, and I’m holding this one up there with the best as of now. I know they market themselves as a Caribbean restaurant which is true, but if you’re looking for authentic Haitian food, this is the spot too! The bouyon is amazing definitely use real goat meat, and legumes is extremely flavorful. Highly recommended!

Good customer service,delicious fresh &well seasoned food,friendly,clean environment,I had an issue with one of my orders.Contacted the owner because the order was a fried conch ,mixed rice ‘and salad ....when I reached home &opened up the plate there was only lettuce only no onions tomatoes cucumber &etc. I called back right before they were closed,the owner apologized for the incident&assured me that this will not happen again!
I am very difficult with bouyon (haitian soup) there bouyon is always on point. Keep doing the job.
This place is terrible, security guard inside with no mask on and coughing (during this pandemic!!!) before I even placed my order they said they didn’t have any sauce or gravy to go with any meals, how is this even possible? I shoulda ignored the first few red flags,, ordered fried chicken and upon opening my plate after I got home, took one bite only to realize the chicken is still pink with blood still fresh inside. Instead of causing a scene or be disrespectful I just kindly took the plate back and explained to the server and owner that this is unacceptable. I’m glad I got my refund with out any issues but just know that I will NEVER eat at this place again, and if you value your stomac and your money, I suggest you do the same
Food was not tasteful, and when trying to get food remade OWNER made the biggest issue about it. Just horrible customer service and honestly was rude for no reason. They don’t care how they give you the food! It taste like it was cooked and then refrigerated and warmed up, just disgusting. Told me i couldn’t get my money back and then refused to give me a fresh plate in exchange even though i returned the original plate in FULLLL. Wouldn’t recommend... 0/10!!!!
Please DO NOT eat here. Ordered a fried fish 24, that was extremely old. I called and spoke with a young lady Sara and was told that I couldn’t get a refund which was fine however they would replace the order for me. I went up to the restaurant for a replacement and was told by the owner that he will not replace or refund my order that he was in the business of making money. If you’re in the business of making money happy customers and fresh food should be of high priority and if you sold fish that is not fresh you should have been willing to replace it if not refund my money. Which now let’s your customers know you’re in the business of selling old food just to make a dollar. That’s called ripping your customers off. I try and support black business as much as I can but Heaven Carribean Restaurant will never get my support again and hope no one else does as well.
When I was driving to the whole food market I was so hungry, then I seen this restaurant called Heaven Caribbean Restaurant I was like let me go check it out when I tell you this people are nice people and THEIR FOOD WAS ON POINT OHH MAN! It was amazing!!! I'm telling you.
Hey there I was wondering every restaurant I go there food be so burn up and never cook right I ask them to do while done they never do so But when I enter this nice Restaurant I was like man I enter the real heaven The people were so nice and there food are well cook I love their wings be on point the white rice and black beans My kids love it so much I will support y'all no matter what.
