Needed new living room set, wanted to go look at what Easy Home had to offer but in the Miramichi its another snow storm Tuesday so called the store Robin sent me pictures helped me with the price and I got this all done in less than an hour.As always Robin, Joel and staff always working with me to help me get what I need Thanks so much for all the help and the beautiful living room set! You guys are the best!

The customer service at this location is below unsatisfactory, they do not deliver on the time frames provided, if you have an issue with a (faulty) item it takes a while to get a resolution while still required to make payments if it's a leased item. Do not seem to return calls from their voicemails, they do not call prior to arriving at your house, not even a call the day of. They do not have very many trained personnel there, sometimes required to wait upwards of a month for certain services. There seems to be zero communication between their associates or office. If you can find a manager in the store that week or one to take a call they will most likely be too busy to do anything until the following weeks. I will not return as a customer to this location. This was my first experience with this company and guaranteed to be the last.

Never deliver what they promise. Been getting junk for MONTHS. Keep making empty promises. Promised brand new stuff. Ordered a fireplace got a TV stand with broken doors that fell off. Ordered a new bed, screws came in an envelope, no instructions and half hardware missing. Promised a new couch, got one with a busted frame you cant sit on. Been waiting 2 months for a table that was supposed to be in in one week. Was given a smaller used TV, as my "new" one had dead pixles and was clearly used and damaged. (But they couldnt show me my TV upon ordering as they had to order a new one in, gave me the model number, and gave me a completely different beat up one). Joel, the manager, hides from customers, as I've watched him ignore phone calls from my wife as I stood in the store, and heard him badmouth her. This whole place is garbage and everyone working in it are con artists. Worst place to get anything. Better off at a thrift shop. Also, delivery drivers, while nice, always leave their boots on even in winter, which junked our new floors. But this place never takes responsibility for anything, everyone passes the buck to someone else.
