Our second aim, totally bond to the first topic and operated thanks to the collaboration with well-known chefs, strives for making the Italian panorama rediscover the most signifying treasures of our territory, nowadays often set aside in the perspective of saving money. Radix’ products are double selected: a first phase is operated by our General Direction, while the second one is performed thanks to worldwide known Italian chefs and maîtres, who propose the products in potential matches and share their experience during tasting events. All our products, highly qualified and guaranteed by field experts, are preserved by a first, fundamental operation of protection thanks to the meticulous selection of the distribution network, in order to prevent the product to end up in the bucket of great distribution. With this aim, Radix acts as the “trait d’union” between the Italian excellent food artisan and the gourmand; far away by being a simple promoter, Radix is a selector of the highest quality products.
