Andrew at Flightstore was friendly, knowledgeable and a good listener to my requirements. I wanted some Randolph sunglasses. He reassured me that if I was not completely satisfied with the size of lenses and fit that I could return them ( in perfect condition) for either an exchange or refund. The Randolph Aviators turned up and I was not disappointed!! The glasses are beautifully made and stylish. Flightstore are a thoroughly professional company and I wish them every success. If other UK businesses follow their example of good customer service and good products, then the UK economy will surely flourish.

Do not be fooled into thinking this is a SHOP. They have a counter with a storage room behind, but you can't go in to look at items. They have a sign outside which says OPEN - but they are not. Staff not helpful. I made the mistake of driving an hour to this \shop\ which it isn't. Their loss, I had gone to look at and purchase headset and a gps watch, and would have likely bought other stuff too.
