One star is to mutch for them .Wouldn't recommend at all , very rude staff .I am not to sure if they are rude to the foreigners people only or to all of their customers . Today me and my dad came to pay and collect our vehicle we won from auction .when we came there was only one young men looks like new starter he said he don't know how to use payment terminal to accept payment and we need to wait his manager because he just gone for lunch . while we been waiting for manager we went down the yard just to watch wehicles they got for sale . When manager come back from his lunch he seen us walking on the yard and he gone verry crazy and mad mad he didn't talk to us verry nice hi didn't want to hear my sorry . And when I said to him there is no any sign that showing do not enter , he was gone mad even more . He made my day (thank you).I think the way he talking to the customers is not acceptable and this job is not for him . make some clear signs make zone restricted to customers instead of shouting and screaming to the customers .
This company stole my space saver tyre. I had the space saver on and they didn't put it back in my boot after replacing the tyre. I obviously didn't notice Straight away, I only realised a few days ago when I had a flat and really needed it . I went down to explain they were the last ones to touch the spacesaver along with the tool kit etc, and now they are missing.....to be told to go to my dealership and pay for a new one myself!!! So they have stolen from me and refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting and I will never ever use them again, and I will make sure people know about the terrible customer service!! Plus I was waiting 15 mins to be seen in the office, and then had to wait a further 30 minutes for the manager !
Absolutely rubbish site, staffs are very unhelpful. Been waiting for awhile nobody’s seems to be bother coming out to ask why we here. Synetic should close this site unless they replace the staffs. I won’t be coming back to this site at all. And I won’t recommend it either. Disappointed
